Rail Provider

Note: Rail providers do not currently allow self provisioning.

Rail providers may require credentials in order to access their data. Agency Administrators can use the Travelport Admin Portal to manage their rail provider credentials. The customer should have a record of their own provider credentials. Travelport would not have access to this information.

Rail provider credentials are stored at the work area level of the hierarchy.

  1. From the Travelport Admin Portal, open the Rail Provider Management tab by clicking Providers menu and selecting Rail Provider Credentials.

  2. Click the Select Profile link to select the appropriate Branch profile.

    • From the drop-down list, you can select which field to search, then enter a search value. An asterisk can be used as a wildcard at the end of a search term.

    • To browse the profile hierarchy, select the Browse option at the top of the Open window. When browsing, click the name to move down the hierarchy, click the shaded profile area to select it, and then click Open

  3. Click the edit icon () at the far right to edit the provider information. 

  4. Make the necessary changes. To deactivate a rail provider, uncheck the Make provider active option at the bottom left.

  5. Click the Save button.
